NOW OPEN!

It is going to be a beautiful day today! 

The sun is shining, birds are chirping, 

and most importantly the snow is 

melting! Which means Spring is 

right around the corner! I saw our 

little daffodil heads popping out 

of the leaf covered ground 

yesterday and it brought a little 

smile to my face, such an 

amazing God we have! 

I am so excited to have such beautiful 

weather for our opening day!

That's right TODAY is the day we open 

up for Spring! Stop by and say hello! 

We have so many new and exciting things 

this season and can't wait to share them with you...

Summer flew by....Again.

 

How is it that every year you think summer will last

a few days longer, and it never does?

 

I hope you all enjoyed your summer, we spent ours

scavenging for "new" antiques, furniture and those unique

little items you just have to have! Our shop is NOW OPEN,

completely redecorated and filled with all

of the treasures we found while we were closed.

 

We will be open now through Christmas,

and there is always something new and

exciting happening over here!

Blogging shouldn't be such a chore right?

Why do I feel that way? It's so much easier to

post a picture on facebook or instagram, but

to blog? It takes creativity and time and knowing the

perfect words to say {sigh} and THEN

you wonder if anybody out there is even

taking the time to sit down and read what you have to say. 

 

Well, I hope you all

"out there" ARE reading and anxiously

awaiting when our little doors swing open once

again with all sorts of new goodies.

 

The day has arrived!

We will be reopening again on

September 3, which is only

4 days away! Gulp.

 

I think we are ready...

 

 

 

 

I am going to try my hardest, and I know

I've said it before, and you are all going to think

that I'm the little boy who cried wolf.

 

 

 

 

I do, really do want our blog to be

a nice place to visit, and a place

  for YOU to be inspired!

 

What do you look for you when

you come to a blog?

 

DIY? Beautiful photography?

Inspiration?    

 

 

 

 

Hopefully I will be back soon!

                            Between planning my wedding {yes I'm getting married!}

and my brother and sister in law having a set of

twins, and trying to get the shop in tip top shape,

we have been a little busy!

 

I will have to share photos of my wedding

vintage, with a side of whimsical?

We are now open for the 

Fall/Christmas season...

Christmas? I know, just a 

little too early to even 

speak the word, but we 

have been thinking about 

it since July!...such is the 

life of a shop owner. 

Being the little shop 

owners that we are, we have 

been busy, busy, busy 

setting up our little shop 

and getting it all 

spruced up for 

opening day...

OPENING ON MONDAY!

Today I saw a robin 

hopping around minding her 

own business...she made me 

smile, they always do this time

of year. It makes me 

realize that Spring is 

so so so close you can almost

feel it! The sun was shining, 

I've noticed buds on the trees,

and I saw our bulbs popping their

little heads out of the ground. 

Such a good feeling...

Another reason I know that we are 

close to Spring being here is that 

we are OPENING again for our 

SPRING season!  Yay! 

This coming Monday, March 12, 2012 

we will be opening our doors once

again! Stop by and see what we have 

new for this season!
