Once again....busy busy busy...we have been off antiquing with the truck and trailer loading lots of good stuff to take back and paint and decorate with! The shop is coming along SO nice, and the garden even nicer!! Our zinnias look amazing this year! So tall and gorgeous! Since our flowers looked so nice I decided the other day to put a fresh bouquet together, and I thought I would give you a little taste as well!
~ENJOY! ~
First Step: Cut all the flowers keep the stems as long as you possibly can (without murdering the plant :)
Step two: Strip all the leaves off the stems (if they stay in the water too long mold will grow and the bouquet won't last as long.)
Next...Time to have fun! Start arranging the flowers, you can either start right in the vase or in your hand, I like to arrange in my hand because I think it gives you a little more control, but everybody is different :)
Once you are done tie the bouquet off, you can use a rubberband, or a twisty tie whatever you prefer...
Doesn't it just cheer you right up? :)
Now get up and go make one!!
We are reopening the shop the first of September..... Which is very very SOON!
We can't wait to see you all again! ~
Until then...this will just have to do~~
Have a wonderful kind of sunshiny day :)

Hello! I am so happy that you stopped by my blog!
Thanks for the bouquet tips. I learned a lot. :)
Join us next week for Friday Pretties and show off some of the things from your shop. Well, I am going to go back to your blog and take a better look around.
Enjoy your weekend,
